ContechCost is provided under the registered business name Contech Group (ABN 44 678 604 610), Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The business name is held by BLACKBOX TRADING PTY LTD, which is the contracting party under these terms. In these terms, "Contech Group", "we", "us" and "our" refer to that company.

Service

ContechCost provides estimating, BOQ, and MCP-connected workflow features for business users. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

Accounts And Use

• You must use the service lawfully and only for authorised business purposes.
• You are responsible for account security, user access, and activity performed through your workspace.
• You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access.

Customer Data

You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and rights clearance of data submitted to the service. We process customer data to provide and secure the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions, Billing And Cancellation

• Paid ContechCost plans are billed monthly in advance at the price and currency shown at Checkout. Where a plan is priced per seat, the amount is multiplied by the workspace's billable seat count.
• Your paid subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it. By completing Checkout, you authorise Contech Group and its payment provider to charge the selected payment method for each renewal.
• You may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and paid access continues until then.
• Charges for a started billing period are not partially refunded or credited except where required by law or expressly agreed by Contech Group. This does not limit any non-excludable consumer rights.
• Changing directly between paid plans requires support while we confirm the timing and any price adjustment with you.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes unless Checkout states otherwise. You are responsible for taxes that apply to your purchase, and we may calculate, collect, and remit them where legally required.

Third-Party Services

The service may connect to third-party systems, including cloud providers and AI or connector platforms. Your use of those systems remains subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies.

Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, abuse, breach of these terms, or legal compliance.

Warranty Disclaimer And Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
